At the forefront of innovation, our project seeks a highly skilled HR Business Partner to spearhead strategic alignment between human resources and business operations.
About This RoleThis key position serves as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to foster a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that drive performance and growth, guiding organisational design and workforce planning to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
An experienced professional in Human Resources, the successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role. Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
A commitment to a site-based roster is essential, along with the ability to contribute to mental health and wellbeing programs and employee assistance initiatives.
