Job Title: Human Resources Strategic Leader

This is a permanent full-time position as the Human Resources Manager at our organisation. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the Human Resources branch to drive strategic human resource initiatives and deliver business partnering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high level HR advice and support to senior management on complex human resources matters including workforce strategies and effective resolution of workplace issues.
  • Develop and implement strategic human resource initiatives to improve organisational performance.
  • Manage the Human Resources branch to ensure effective delivery of services.
About the Role:

The Human Resources Strategic Leader will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function to achieve organisational goals. This includes providing expert advice to senior management, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and managing the Human Resources branch.
