Strategic HR Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team in a pivotal role for the Perdaman Project in Karratha, Western Australia.
About the Role:This is a key position that will involve collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR plans that drive business performance and growth.
- Provide trusted advice to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also guide the implementation of mental health and wellbeing programs, as well as industry-leading benefits such as health insurance offers and salary packaging.
Key Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional HR certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
- Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
- Ability to commit to a site-based roster.
