Job Title: Business Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process claims and reprices as necessary.
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries.
  • Support the marketing department by preparing data for prospects and customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably with medical claims.
  • Call center and/or receptionist experience is desirable.
  • Typing speed of 30 wpm is required.
  • Mastery of medical terminology is essential.
  • Familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT coding is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Able to learn new skills quickly.
  • Multitasking capabilities are highly valued.
