Program Operations Specialist Role Overview

This is a specialized position that oversees the operational aspects of multiple OEM programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and executing against all operational responsibilities assigned to fulfill the terms and requirements of each program.

The Program Operations Specialist role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute against all operational responsibilities assigned to fulfill the terms and requirements of each OEM's program.
  • Maintain all Standard Operating Procedures, communicate with internal stakeholders, and respond to questions and issues.
  • Evaluate current state of the subject matter area(s) assigned, make recommendations for future state or enhancements, and manage the roll-out of any new components or initiatives related to the subject.
  • Collaborate with customers, analyze their needs, and manage enhancements to the reporting tool.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, marketing, management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year experience in an operational role requiring a high attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-tasking, problem solving, and independent judgment.
