Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager for Channel Growth, you will play a key role in driving our company's strategy across CSP in Australia. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a robust channel plan that fosters strong relationships with distributors, value-added resellers, and managed service providers.

  • Create a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Foster effective partnerships with senior management of key channel partners
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to design territory channel plans, complete with actionable steps and regular review cadence
  • Promote best practices in channel development and ensure their successful implementation across Australia, taking into account regional nuances
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for the channel, overseeing marketing initiatives to achieve our objectives
  • Contribute significantly to the optimization and implementation of our Partner Program in Australia
  • Empower our partner community to effectively sell our solutions from the entire CSP portfolio, focusing on incremental business and service delivery
  • Develop and recommend metrics to measure channel performance, including revenue growth, pipeline development, incremental business, product mix, and certified resources
  • Present regular updates on Australia Sales Channel performance and business outcomes through clear communication, forecasts, agendas, and reports
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A deep understanding of the Australian channel ecosystem, particularly within federal government and indigenous partners
  • Experience in developing and presenting channel strategies
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships to drive results within internal organizations
  • Excellent business planning skills and proven capacity to execute and deliver defined plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate purpose and value proposition clearly and effectively
  • A track record of delivering sales results in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in security, networking, or infrastructure sectors
  • Exceptional customer focus
  • High level of integrity, sound judgment, and independent decision-making capability
