We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch customer service.
Job Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
- Manage end-to-end customer service duties including data entry of customer sales orders, handling inbound calls and emails from customers, processing backorders, credits, goods returns and pricing requests.
- Prior customer service experience.
