About the Role

As a strategic event leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences through world-class events. You will manage a portfolio of events, leading and consulting a team of specialists, coordinators, and contractors to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a comprehensive event strategy and vision for the business
  • Design engaging experiential concepts and tactics that drive brand awareness and sales
  • Project manage, lead, and execute large-scale events across multiple locations
  • Inspire, enroll, and coach cross-functional teams on execution of events
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with event agencies and third-party suppliers, vendors, production, and contractors
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in experiential marketing or a related field
  • Bachelor of Business - Event Management or a related degree
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate with key stakeholders in a complex matrix environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
  • Creative and strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution and innovation
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
