Experiential Event Leader

The Events Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing the brand to life through world-class events. With a portfolio of events, this leader is responsible for managing a team of specialists, coordinators, and contractors to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute three-year vision and strategy for events across Australian & New Zealand business.
- Design experiential concepts and tactics that align with brand objectives.
- Expertly manage event planning, execution, and reconciliation processes.
- Project manage and lead large-scale events across Australian & New Zealand.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve event goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:- 7+ years' experience in experiential marketing.
- Bachelor of Business - Event Management.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results.
- Self-motivated and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and continuous innovation.
