Autex Acoustics, Australia's leading specialist in the design and manufacture of inspiring acoustic products for commercial interiors, is looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator for a full time position within our Marketing team in Melbourne, Australia.

Based in a brand new, state-of-the-art head office and showroom in Essendon Fields (opening soon), Autex collaborates with architects and interior designers to introduce innovations in the fabrication of acoustic furnishings for design driven environments. Offices, education, health and housing are using acoustic solutions to enhance the health and wellbeing of those within shared spaces. Your role is to support the Marketing Manager across multiple platforms to share the incredible benefits of the Autex range of acoustic sustainable solutions.

Your skill set will include:

- internal stakeholder communications, including preparation of sales materials

- experience in successfully working to detailed project briefs and understanding vital workflow processes

- capability in managing multiple projects and deadlines

- attention to detail is a must

- experience in preparing engaging EDMs, blogs and press releases

- excellent interpersonal, copywriting and communications skills

- a trained eye for colour, design, imagery & photography

- experience in sample management and coordination is a plus

- liaison with advertising partners & provision of materials

- a love for project management processes and tools to coordinate timelines, tasks, and team deliverables

- intermediate+ skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Suite software

- tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or communications

- 5+ yrs experience in a similar role
