About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Experiential Marketing Manager to spearhead the creation and execution of dynamic brand events and experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement experiential marketing strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Create engaging experiential concepts that align with brand objectives.
  • Project manage, lead and execute large-scale events.
  • Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams on event execution.
  • Foster relationships with event agencies and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to activate in-store and digital experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' experience in experiential marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills and creative thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
