Outdoor Space Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our outdoor maintenance team.
- Design and maintain attractive, functional, and safe outdoor spaces.
- Install landscapes, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls.
- Maintain landscapes, including pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools.
- Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and train a team of gardeners to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance.
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred.
