Job Title: Strategic Student Operations Leader

We are seeking a senior leadership professional to lead our student operations team.

  • Develop and implement structured processes to support growth and enhance student experience.
  • Design and deliver student engagement and retention strategies across the full lifecycle.
  • Oversee onboarding, enrolment, progression, and graduation workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role

This role is responsible for leading the student-facing functions, including Student Experience, Registrar Services, and operational frameworks. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive engagement and retention initiatives, and represent student services at the highest levels of governance and compliance.

You will be working in an agile environment, leading complex student operations, bringing people together, and using data to improve outcomes.
