Student Engagement & Metrics Leader

The role of Student Engagement & Metrics Leader is crucial in fostering student learning growth and engagement across the student lifecycle. This position requires a dynamic leader who can oversee co-curricular programs, collaborate with leaders to create opportunities for student engagement, and ensure all experiences are deeply connected to curriculum and educational purpose.

This individual will work closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning to drive proactive data analytics, visualization, and storytelling that enhance learning outcomes and engagement for students. They will also support the achievement of our strategic targets by providing actionable insights from data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have significant educational expertise and experience in leading teams, driving innovation, and promoting continuous improvement. They will be able to develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement, using data and metrics to inform decision-making.

As an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Student Engagement & Metrics Leader will be a visionary leader in education passionate about driving excellence in teaching and learning. They will be a flexible and adaptable individual who recognizes the critical importance of student engagement and the use of data and metrics to improve student outcomes.

A highly motivated and experienced professional, the successful candidate will lead the use of data analytics and metrics to improve student outcomes, inform the design of high-quality, engaging, and inclusive educational programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Their ability to support, empower, and build capacity in others will be a key element in their success in this role.
