Hotel Operations Manager

As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless daily activities and maintaining exceptional standards across all departments. This role involves comprehensive oversight of hotel operations, maintenance, and asset management to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and financial performance.


This is a senior-level position that requires proven hotel operational and financial management experience. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operations of the entire property. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your passion, initiative, and strategic approach to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Managing financial forecasting, staff rostering, and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
  • Developing and leading the property team to reach their highest potential.
  • Making strategic decisions to increase Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) by collating and analysing data.
