Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting in employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration, and strategic placement for global multi-national organizations.
  • Providing international and Australian tax support to senior executives.
  • Assisting organizations with managing tax obligations related to employee-employer relationships.
  • Working with the wider Workforce Advisory business to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience working in a consulting practice or executing on compliance and advisory work for clients.
  • Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes.
  • Ability to work with large data and strong excel and/or data analytics skills.
  • Proven project management skills.
