About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Mobilization and Travel Coordinator to join our Operations team at oilandgas. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for supporting the mobilization and travel process for our offshore employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the onboarding and mobilization process for all offshore employees, ensuring a seamless transition and compliance with company policies.
  2. Monitor and maintain compliance with offshore travel, training, and booking requirements for Trade & Craft workers.
  3. Coordinate and arrange inductions and training requirements for new and current employees, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
  4. Organize and manage travel arrangements for clients, vendors, and employees, including flights, hotel accommodations, car hire/taxis, and other logistics.
  5. Collaborate with Client agents and other service providers to ensure that all travel needs are met, and any issues are resolved promptly.
  6. Track and maintain company travel issues, policy compliance, and generate reports as required.
  7. Handle any travel-related emergencies or changes, providing timely solutions to minimize disruption.
  8. Assist the Contract Manager in preparing reports, room booking, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Full work rights in Australia and residency in Perth, WA.
  • 2+ years of proven administration experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Business & Administration Certificate II or equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT user with experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).
  • Strong administrative skills, typing with speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
