We are seeking a skilled Mobilization and Travel Administrator to join our Operations business in Perth CBD. As part of our strategic growth plan, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the offshore Mobilization & Travel team for one of our key Oil & Gas clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mobilization and Travel Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the onboarding and mobilization process for all offshore employees
- Monitoring and maintaining compliance with Offshore travel, training compliance and booking for Trade & Craft workers
- Booking and arranging inductions and training requirements for new and current employees
- Organizing and managing travel arrangements for clients, vendors, and employees
- Coordinating with Client agents and other service providers to ensure that all travel needs are met
- Tracking and maintaining company travel issues, policy compliance, and generating reports
- Handling any travel-related emergencies or changes, providing timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption
- Assisting the Contract Manager with reports, room booking, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Full work rights in Australia and reside in Perth, WA
- 2+ years of proven administration experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong administrative skills, typing with speed and accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced IT user and experienced in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
