About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Neuron Mobility, you will be responsible for leading our warehouse team and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes monitoring the performance of our mechanics, maintaining and repairing our e-scooters, and adhering to our standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a warehouse management strategy to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
- Ensure the warehouse team performs quality control and basic maintenance on e-scooters.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
- Perform administrative tasks such as shift scheduling, manpower deployment, and planning for the warehouse and stocktakes.
- Train new e-scooter mechanics and conduct refresher training as needed.
- Service and repair e-scooters, including swapping batteries and performing on-site maintenance.
- Represent Neuron Mobility as a positive brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, particularly in the mobility or supply-chain space.
- Ability to service and repair e-scooters and/or e-bicycles, including comfort with lifting, carrying, and maneuvering 25-28 kg as needed.
- Hands-on leadership approach, with the ability to work alongside mechanics and lead by example.
- Process-driven mentality, with experience defining best practice warehouse procedures.
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to multi-task and keep up with a dynamic, fast-paced startup in a high-growth phase.
- Keen curiosity in shared mobility and a growth mindset.
