
Customer Partnership Specialist

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive support, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
Main Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels
- Troubleshoot complex issues, provide solutions, and keep customers informed of progress
- Manage order updates, refunds, shipping delays, and courier follow-ups to ensure seamless customer experience
- Nurture relationships with suppliers, coordinate onboarding, and facilitate smooth product shipments
- Support corporate clients and warehouse teams with replacements, returns, and ad-hoc requests
- Prepare packing briefs and oversee delivery schedules to meet customer expectations
- Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency
- 1-2+ years' experience in customer support, partnerships, or e-commerce environments
- A clear and confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- A genuine interest in working for a purpose-driven business
- Experience with Gorgias and Shopify is desirable but not essential
