Practice Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure effective service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for model person-centered practices, working individually with participants and supporting families and carers.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Model person-centered practices and support staff in providing high-quality services aligned with participant care plans and goals.
  • Develop rosters, provide onboarding, conduct regular team meetings and practice supervision.
  • Work with staff, participants, and stakeholders to understand and resolve concerns.
  • Maintain policies and procedures.

For this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications (minimum certificate IV) in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working directly with people with mental health issues, complex needs, and their families and carers.
  • Leadership skills, coaching abilities, and experience in professional supervision.
  • Strong planning, time management, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of available community services, networks, and supports.

You will be a tertiary qualified individual in a health-related field, experienced leader, coach, and developer with strong community connections.
