About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or community settings. Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working in a community support or aged care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and colleagues

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of local community resources and services
  • Experience working with older adults or people with disabilities
  • Proficiency in languages other than English (an asset)
