Hotel Duty Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and charismatic Hotel Duty Manager to oversee the seamless operation of our hotel, providing exceptional experiences for guests and driving team performance.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate the smooth running of the hotel in the absence of senior management
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through proactive customer service and issue resolution
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards and values
  • Drive revenue growth through operational excellence and incentive programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer complaints and incidents with professionalism
  • Communicate effectively between departments to ensure a well-synced operation
  • Lead by example in a vibrant hospitality environment
  • Regularly inspect hotel premises to ensure top-notch security and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and train staff
  • Proficiency in property management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable professionalism, organisation, and time management skills
