This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role in our hospitality team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team based in Tingalpa, Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for our guests.

As a full-time role, you will lead a team in a new venture not seen before in Brisbane, with the hotel undergoing a major expansion over the coming 12 months. This includes a new themed restaurant, beer garden, and a brand-new kitchen that will cater to over 750 people.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can provide strong leadership and management to the hotel staff, ensuring operational processes and procedures are followed to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role, with a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of hotel operations.

We require a strong financial management skillset and the ability to drive profitability, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team.

You will also need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and have a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a high-volume venue will be highly regarded;
  • Significant experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of hotel operations;
  • Strong financial management skills and the ability to drive profitability;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment;
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
