HOTEL MANAGER

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hakfoort Group team as the Hotel Manager for Tingalpa Hotel. As a full-time role based in Tingalpa, Queensland, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for guests.

Tingalpa Hotel will be undergoing a major expansion over the coming 12 months which will include a new themed restaurant, beer garden, and a brand-new kitchen that will cater to over 750 people.

Providing strong leadership and management to the hotel staff;

Ensuring operational processes and procedures are followed to deliver excellent customer service;

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk;

Managing budgets and financial performance to maximise profitability;

Implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract new guests and maintain high occupancy rates;

Fostering a positive and productive work environment for all hotel employees;

Monitoring and addressing guest feedback to continuously improve the hotel experience.

Previous experience in a high-volume venue will be highly regarded;

Significant experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role;

Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of hotel operations;

Strong financial management skills and the ability to drive profitability;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team;

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment;

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
