What you'll be doing:

Leading day-to-day hotel operations and profitability

Driving financial forecasting, rostering, and promotions to boost results

Inspiring and developing a high-performing team

Enhancing guest satisfaction while maximising RevPAR

Building strong partnerships with guests, owners, and local stakeholders
