This is an exciting chance to be part of a leading Property Developer at ground level. The role offers a structured career path and unlimited opportunities for growth and development.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support brand management, digital marketing, liaising with external agencies and suppliers, coordinating activations and events, liaising with the sales and development teams, market research and competitor analysis, analysis and reporting of data, social media and website maintenance, assisting with marketing campaigns and content ideation and creation.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent, with some prior experience in the residential Property Development industry. Alternatively, we are looking for passionate individuals who can demonstrate an understanding of the industry and articulate why they are interested in it.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the residential Property Development industry (or Residential Construction)
  • Computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office, and experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
