Key Responsibilities:- Create Effective Marketing Campaigns: Develop campaigns that inspire action and genuinely connect with people to drive sales success.
- Analyse Data Insights: Use data analysis and customer insights to develop project marketing strategies that drive real results.
- Promote Customer Experience: Be the engine behind sales success by collaborating and partnering across the business to create happy customers.
- Build Meaningful Communities: Promote belonging by highlighting initiatives that foster connection, pride, and a true sense of home.
- 5+ years in property marketing with real success in engaging customers and driving sales, or marketing management experience with a genuine interest in property.
- Hands-on experience creating marketing materials, content creation, planning campaigns, and delivering results.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and meeting expectations.
- Experience developing integrated campaigns that successfully drive both digital acquisition and in-person visitation.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
