Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, producing, and scheduling daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Crafting channel-specific content through engaging videos and imagery.
  • Collaborating with the Social Media Manager and teams to execute in-house content aligned with campaign briefs and business objectives.
  • Analyzing industry trends, conducting market research, and using performance-based reporting to guide content creation strategies.
  • Managing community interactions on social media, responding to customer queries promptly.
  • Capturing and editing real-time content at events.
  • Writing compelling social captions.
  • Assisting in coordinating monthly social content calendars and influencer briefs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of social media experience with a focus on content creation and production.
  • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and self-direct content creation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, design trends, and pop culture references.
  • Passion for style, design, and knowledge of the aspirational brand landscape.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and/or social media video editing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficient copywriting skills maintaining brand voice and personality.
