Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, the Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in managing our business customers. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years telesales experience and proven skills in B2B sales development and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve all customer enquiries in a timely manner, focusing on client retention.
  • Identify opportunities to re-sign and upgrade existing contracts.
  • Promote new products and services to our customer base.
  • Create quality sales leads for the field-based sales team.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer enquiries are resolved efficiently.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills to meet contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years telesales experience.
  • Proven skills in B2B sales development and customer service.
