Customer Experience Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager to lead the customer service department and front of store operations at Coles. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- Maintain excellent service standards, ensuring the checkout area is clean and safe for customers and team members
- Drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
- Be customer-obsessed, continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers to deliver outstanding shopping experiences
