We are seeking a highly skilled Business Liaison and Strategic Advisor to act as the main point of contact for divisions, working closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs. This role will guide clients in defining their data and analytics requirements, support the planning and execution of related projects, and help implement data services more efficiently.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize use cases aligned with future cluster outcomes.
  • Collaborate within cluster-wide councils to prioritize analytics projects and communicate their value and feasibility.
  • Translate business requirements into effective data and analytics solutions alongside domain experts and technical teams.
  • Lead the design and delivery of analytics capabilities across hub and spoke teams.
  • Help develop business cases for new data investments and ensure sustainable funding for ongoing innovation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-focused data solutions within a Government environment.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics strategies and their application to business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead discovery and co-design sessions.
  • Able to prioritize competing demands and align work with strategic government outcomes.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
