Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
- Transport clients in our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
- Support clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for their individual needs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers.
- Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience supporting customers with intellectual disability, high physical support needs, and medical/health needs.
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
- Local to Northern Beaches areas, particularly suburbs listed above.
