We are seeking a passionate individual to support our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for their individual needs.
  • Deliver personalised support by assisting clients with daily tasks, including mealtimes, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Transport clients in our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our clients.
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience supporting clients with intellectual disability, high physical support needs, and medical/health needs.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
  • Residency in the Northern Beaches area.
