About the Role

This is a full-time Disability Support Practitioner position available at our Frenchs Forest site, located on the Northern Beaches.

As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing support to team members with a disability to fully engage in their employment and receive all the benefits of a working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supporting team members with a disability to fully engage in their employment and to receive all the benefits of a working environment.
  • Providing support by assisting team members at meal times, with personal care and administering medication.
  • Assisting team members with order assembly, packing and general warehouse duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in the disability or caring industry preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, empathy, and compassion are essential.
  • A professional approach, accountability, high motivation, and a positive attitude are required.
  • A current NSW Drivers Licence (P2 minimum) is mandatory.
