We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Practitioner to join our team. As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to our clients, empowering them to live independently and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication and manual handling
- Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
- Building positive relationships with our clients
- Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable
Requirements
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred
- Live locally to the locations mentioned above
- Triple COVID-19 vaccinated

Training and Development
You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. This includes specialist training opportunities, buddy shifts with CPA's experienced Disability Support Workers and the opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or a Certificate IV in Disability.
