Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and participate fully in the community.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working at our Frenchs Forest site on the Northern Beaches. The hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm & Friday 8am - 2:30pm.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support team members with a disability to fully engage in their employment and receive all the benefits of a working environment.
  • Provide support by assisting team members at meal times, with personal care, and administering medication.
  • Assist team members with order assembly, packing, and general warehouse duties.
Requirements
  • Experience in the disability or caring industry preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, empathy, and compassion.
  • Professional approach, accountability, and high motivation.
  • Upbeat, energetic, and creative problem-solver.
  • Current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
