
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Special Care Nursery team. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families.
Our Special Care Nursery is a dynamic and supportive environment that values teamwork and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide quality nursing care to patients and their families in the Special Care Nursery
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care plans
- Develop and utilize strategies that promote effective communication and teamwork
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Certified as a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Neonatal nursing, preferably in a Level 2 nursery
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
