About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Special Care Nursery team. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to patients and their families in the Special Care Nursery
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care plans
  • Develop and utilize strategies that promote effective communication and teamwork
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Certified as a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Neonatal nursing, preferably in a Level 2 nursery
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
