We are seeking a strategic land services professional to lead high-impact initiatives, build strong partnerships and provide evidence-based information for better decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic project leadership with monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement responsibilities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Improvement (MERI) plans systems and evaluation processes across programs.
  • Coordinate monitoring and reporting requirements for major projects including National Heritage Trust funded activities.
  • Support governance through robust data management compliance with ethics requirements and quality reporting.
  • Engage with community groups Aboriginal organisations researchers and funding partners to deliver collaborative evidence-based outcomes.

Requirements
  • A degree in natural resource management agriculture environmental science biosecurity or related fields.
  • Experience in strategic project management and planning stakeholder engagement and policy interpretation.
  • Demonstrated skills in monitoring evaluation reporting and data governance.
  • Strong ability to build relationships influence stakeholders and provide clear technical and strategic advice.
  • A current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel.
