Senior Strategic Land Officer

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Land Officer to lead high-impact initiatives, build strong partnerships and provide evidence-based decision-making for landscapes, communities and industries.

  • Design and implement strategic projects that deliver on Local Land Services priorities.
  • Develop and implement monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement (MERI) plans across programs.
  • Coordinate monitoring and reporting requirements for major projects.
  • Support governance through robust data management and quality reporting.
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver collaborative outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A degree in natural resource management, agriculture, environmental science or related fields.
  • Experience in strategic project management, stakeholder engagement and policy interpretation.
  • Demonstrated skills in monitoring, evaluation, reporting and data governance.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and provide technical advice.
