Contaminated Land Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Associate to Senior Associate-level expert in contaminated land and groundwater management to join our global team.

You will work on high-impact contaminated sites and remediation projects, leading full lifecycle site assessments and shaping strategy, innovation, and client engagement.

About you

Previous consultancy experience is required. You will have deep experience in providing technical leadership and strategic advice to clients while leading multiple high-profile projects.

Key qualifications include:

  • Exceptional understanding of the structure and application of NSW contaminated land regulatory framework
  • Experience in leading subcontractors on multiple sites in both assessment and remediation activities
  • Competent in identifying and managing risk on substantial projects
  • Experience in managing, tracking and meeting client funding and related targets
  • Proven ability in building the client-centricity capability of others and transferring expertise within an organisation
  • Experience in developing and implementing major/strategic client relationship plans
  • Compelling leadership style with the ability to inspire, motivate, encourage and influence others through a socially impactful style
