We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our security operations team.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Monitor and manage IT security tools, responding to threats and building alerts for investigations
  • Participate in incident responses and coordinate remediation activities
  • Enhance process efficiency and automation across security operations
  • Support user provisioning and maintain high standards of system housekeeping

About You:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree and a curiosity to learn and share knowledge
  • Familiarity with cloud security, Active Directory, and basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Linux shell)
  • Experience with MS Office and an awareness of the OSI Model and modern security practices
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously, multitask effectively, and stay calm under pressure
