Job Title: Security Professionals
Job Description:We are seeking skilled and proactive individuals to join our team as security professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Providing strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
- Monitoring CCTV systems to identify potential security risks
- Conducting building patrols to report and mitigate hazards and safety risks
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Supporting tenants and facilities with their queries and needs
- Managing contractors and deliveries efficiently
- Responding promptly to emergency situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Flexibility to work in a rotational roster (nights/days/weekends)
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Proficiency in the use of computers and security-related systems
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
