Project Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of project briefs and implementing procurement protocols.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in project or construction management and proven experience as a Project Manager. They will also possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with various delivery methodologies, including Head Contract, ECI, and Design & Construct models.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle to meet client objectives
  • Lead the development of project briefs and implement procurement protocols
  • Assist in the preparation of programs for design, construction, and general project delivery
  • Advise clients on suitable design and construction options, providing clear and concise reports
  • Manage the handover process, including defect rectification and operational training as required
