Hotel Night Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our hotel's operations at night. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star environment. Experience using Opera PMS is essential, along with a high level of computer literacy, strong administrative and problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves working on a rotating roster, including night shifts, overnights, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate will be expected to provide welcoming, professional, courteous service to guests, while also generating reports and supporting front office administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Generating reports and analyzing data
  • Supporting front office administration
