We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Project Manager to join our team in Mascot, Sydney. This is a full-time, in-office position that offers an exceptional team environment, diverse job responsibilities, and the opportunity to spearhead exciting projects.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end bespoke-build projects, from initial design meetings to completion. They will utilise their expertise in the events/exhibition/entertainment industry to oversee production, technical, infrastructure, lighting, and installation aspects of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Oversight of on-site management activities, including coordination of multiple projects concurrently and adherence to stringent safety standards.
- Maintenance of flexible work hours, particularly during peak periods which may require night-work and long days.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proficient budgeting and time management skills.
- Strong relationship management skills, including running effective meetings and site management.
- Familiarity with software packages to streamline project workflows.
- Preferred experience in production processes within relevant industries.
- Possession of an unrestricted driver's license and access to a vehicle.
