Human Resources Business Partner Role

We are seeking a collaborative Human Resources Business Partner to join our Sydney team and support various projects during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage a small client group (approximately 75 employees and 5 leaders), acting as their subject matter expert for all human resources-related matters.
    • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives, including benefits harmonization, employee engagement action plans, policy integration, and more.
    • Provide key project and data reporting support, some of which will be presented to senior management.
    • Oversee and drive the HR technology project in conjunction with the HR and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have significant HR generalist experience and a proven track record of working in a highly regulated environment, such as financial services. They will possess excellent communication and partnering skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
