This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a people-focused financial services organization. The successful candidate will join the Sydney team and support various projects during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
The ideal candidate will have significant HR Generalist experience and has worked in a highly regulated environment such as financial services. Excellent communication and partnering skills, along with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly, are essential for this role.
This is a twelve-month fixed-term contract role that can start immediately. The position requires a true generalist who can work on thought-leading projects and provide key project and data reporting support. Some of which will be presented to The Board.
In this role, you will manage a small client group (approx. 75 employees and 5 leaders), acting as their SME for all things Human Resources. You will also collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives including benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plan, policy integration, and more.
