Job Title:

Senior Care and Wellbeing Professional

We are seeking a Senior Care and Wellbeing Professional to lead our Counselling services across Alcohol and other Drugs (AOD) initiatives. The successful candidate will provide operational management and leadership for these services, ensuring high-quality care and support for clients.

The role requires undertaking site responsibilities for AOD services in Tweed, Byron, and Ballina. This involves providing guidance and oversight to ensure smooth operations and effective delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver excellent results. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Provide operational management and leadership for Counselling services.
  • Undertake site responsibilities for AOD services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage Counselling services to ensure high-quality care and support for clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in managing Counselling services and staff.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
