Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care to our elderly residents.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  3. Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care delivery.
  5. Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
  6. Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements:
  1. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  2. 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
  5. Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
  6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
